From the long flights, working in third world countries, shooting in pretty bad slums, the language barrier, these TV shows are lots of hard work. They have allowed me to travel to many different countries and experience things that most people don’t want to know about or hear about. But I loved every minute of it. You get to see the real world and how people need help on this crazy planet. Every one should experience this at least once in their life. It will change the way you view the world. These are clips from the Gavin Crawford Show that ran over three seasons for the Comedy Network, directed by Ron Murphy. As you can imagine we had lots of fun shooting this show. Gavin is a true professional that just kept going and going. The show was nominated for a Gemini in 2003.

Great Canadian Parks

Good Earth Productions Inc. / Discovery Channel

This show was very challenging... from dealing with the environment to dealing with wild animals!
I was brought in to shoot in Witless Bay Newfoundland, Tadoussac Quebec, Churchill Manitoba . We shot everything from snorkeling with beluga whales in Hudson Bay to shooting puffin birds and even tagging polar bears. I had a great time.

The Extreme Adventure Series

We are just starting on this series. The pilot was shot in the Alps of Italy. The show is all shot at 24p 16x9 with my HDW- F900 camera. We had to train for this show because of all the climbing that was involved. During the week on location we reached four summits, which was pretty amazing.
